The new KUIU PRO G3 binocular harness uses a "Rail-Lock" instead of hook and loop for attachments, which is pretty slick, but has made it hard to find compatible aftermarket components. We recently rolled out the Rowan 3.0, which modifies the Ammo Holder but sacrifices 2 of the ammo slots. If you still want to carry spare rifle ammunition without the Rowan 3.0, you have to get creative!
Currently, there are no options to purchase additional Ammo Holders, so to provide a solution for carrying spare rifle ammunition without the holster, we've developed the Bullet Bug. Just like the KUIU Ammo Holder, this holds six rifle cartridges and attaches to the bottom of your KUIU bino harness via the four loops on the corners. Tested up to 300 win mag with no issues.
We can also add this on to the regular/old-style Rowan, compatible with the Velcro attachment system on the original KUIU PRO harness. Select the menu option with the accessory attachment system on your harness.
